Ingredients

For the Broccolini:

  • 1 large bunch Broccolini ends trimmed and cut into smaller pieces
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons Olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt plus more to taste
  • 2 teaspoons Toasted sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

Cooking Instructions:

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Trim the ends of the broccolini and cut it into smaller pieces. Rinse under cold water and pat dry.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the sesame oil, olive oil, and kosher salt. Stir until well blended.
  • Add the broccolini pieces to the bowl and toss well to coat them evenly.
  • Spread the coated broccolini on a baking sheet. Roast for about 12-15 minutes, until crispy and tender.
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds. Toss gently to combine.
  • Transfer to a serving platter, taste, and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve warm.
