Ingredients

For the Steak Bites:

  • 1 pound cubed New York steak (cut into 1-inch pieces)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon minced parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced rosemary

Instructions

Instructions:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir well to create a flavorful marinade that will coat the steak bites.
  • Add the cubed New York steak to the bowl with the marinade. Toss the steak bites until they are well-coated. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes, or up to an hour for even more flavor.
  • While the steak is marinating, preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • Once the air fryer is ready, place the marinated steak bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Make sure not to overcrowd the basket.
  • Cook the steak bites in the air fryer for about 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through. For medium-rare, aim for an internal temperature of 130°F (54°C).
  • Once cooked, transfer the steak bites to a serving plate. Drizzle the melted butter over the top and sprinkle with minced parsley, thyme, and rosemary.
  • Dig in while they’re warm! These steak bites are perfect on their own or paired with your favorite sides.

Notes

  • Check the internal temperature to avoid overcooking.
  • A quick sear in a hot skillet can add a crustier exterior.
