Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs acts as a binder
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion adds sweetness
  • 1/4 cup chopped dill freshness
  • 2 tablespoons mayo rich flavor
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard elevates taste
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning classic seafood seasoning
  • 12 ounces cooked or canned wild salmon flaked
  • 1/2 cup panko for crispy texture

Instructions

  • If using fresh salmon, cook until fully cooked, then flake into a bowl. If using canned salmon, drain and flake into the bowl.
  • Add eggs, red onion, dill, mayo, mustard, Old Bay seasoning, and panko to the salmon. Mix until well combined.
  • Form the mixture into patties about 2-3 inches in diameter and 1 inch thick.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil. Place the patties in a single layer, spray the tops with more olive oil.
  • Air fry the patties for about 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove from the air fryer and serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.
