  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary chopped
  • 1 clove garlic minced

  • Step 1: Prepare Your Steaks - Take your steaks out of the refrigerator. Let them sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
  • Step 2: Season Generously - Pat your steaks dry with paper towels and season both sides with kosher salt and pepper.
  • Step 3: Make the Herb Butter - In a mixing bowl, combine the softened salted butter, chopped rosemary, and minced garlic.
  • Step 4: Preheat the Air Fryer - Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • Step 5: Cook the Steak - Place the seasoned steaks in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes for medium-rare, flipping halfway through.
  • Step 6: Add the Herb Butter - In the last minute of cooking, add a dollop of the herb butter on top of each steak.
