Ingredients

For the Steak Tips:

  • 2 pounds ribeye steaks (cut into bite-sized tips)
  • 1 packet Lipton's Onion Soup Mix
  • 8 oz sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Directions:

  • Begin by cutting the ribeye steaks into bite-sized tips, about 1-2 inches in size.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the steak tips with the packet of Lipton's Onion Soup Mix, Worcestershire sauce, and olive oil. Toss everything together until the steak is evenly coated with the seasoning.
  • Gently fold in the sliced fresh mushrooms with the seasoned steak tips, ensuring they are well mixed.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • Once preheated, place the steak tips and mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  • Once cooked to your desired doneness, remove the steak tips and mushrooms from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes. Serve them hot.
