Ingredients

For the Breading:

  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1/2 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese

For the Ravioli:

  • 1 package cheese ravioli 14 ounce
  • 1 spray Olive oil spray

For Serving:

  • 1 cup Marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions

Preparation Steps:

  • In a bowl, whisk the 2 large eggs until well beaten. On a separate plate, mix together the 1/2 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs and 1 cup grated parmesan cheese until evenly combined.
  • Dip each cheese ravioli into the beaten eggs, coating both sides. Allow excess egg to drip off, then transfer to the breadcrumb mixture, pressing to ensure a good coating.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • Spray the air fryer basket lightly with olive oil spray. Arrange the coated ravioli in a single layer in the basket, avoiding overcrowding.
  • Spray the tops of the ravioli lightly with olive oil spray. Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for about 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden and crispy.
  • Remove from the air fryer, let cool for a minute, and serve with warm marinara sauce for dipping.

  • Air Fryer
  • Bowl for mixing
  • Plate or tray

Notes

  • Ensure ravioli are fully thawed if using frozen.
