  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 squeeze lime optional

  • Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
  • Toss the shrimp in a bowl with ground cumin, chili powder, onion powder (if using), and kosher salt until evenly coated.
  • Add the seasoned shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque, about 6-7 minutes total.
  • Remove from heat and squeeze fresh lime juice over the shrimp before serving.
  • Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy hot, paired with your favorite side or in tacos or salads.
