Ingredients

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Separate chicken wings into drumettes and flats. Pat them dry with paper towels.
  • In a large bowl, combine the wings with salt and pepper, tossing well.
  • Place a wire rack inside your lined baking sheet and arrange the seasoned wings in a single layer.
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and crispy.
  • Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat, then stir in the buffalo wing sauce.
  • Toss the baked wings in the buffalo sauce mixture until well coated.
  • Return wings to the baking sheet and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes. Serve hot!
