  • Step 2: Prepare the Donut Pan - Lightly grease your donut pan with cooking spray or butter to prevent sticking.
  • Step 3: Combine Dry Ingredients - In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, espresso powder, baking powder, and Kosher salt until well combined.
  • Step 4: Mix Wet Ingredients - In another bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
