Ingredients

  • 8 ounces feta cheese block
  • 1/4 cup sundried tomatoes chopped
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning blend
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnishing

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) for even baking.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cherry tomatoes and chopped sundried tomatoes. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle the Italian seasoning blend, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss to coat.
  • Place the feta cheese block in the center of the baking dish, surrounded by the seasoned tomato mixture.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, until the feta is soft, golden, and bubbling.
  • Let cool for a minute, garnish with fresh basil, and serve warm with crusty bread, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
