Ingredients

  • 4-6 oz salmon fillets
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter divided into 4 equal pieces

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine minced garlic, chopped dill, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, and olive oil. Whisk together until well blended.
  • Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin side down. Drizzle the marinade generously over each fillet.
  • Dot each salmon fillet with a piece of butter.
  • Bake the salmon for about 15-20 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
  • Once cooked, remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
