Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
In a mixing bowl, combine minced garlic, chopped dill, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, and olive oil. Whisk together until well blended.
Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin side down. Drizzle the marinade generously over each fillet.
Dot each salmon fillet with a piece of butter.
Bake the salmon for about 15-20 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
Once cooked, remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
