Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper freshly cracked
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp with olive oil, garlic, paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Toss until well-coated.
  • Spread the shrimp out in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the shrimp.
  • Bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until cooked through.
  • Remove from the oven and serve immediately with lemon wedges.

Notes
