Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese or coconut cream softened to room temperature
  • 2 bananas ripe
  • 1/3 cup sweetener of choice
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon optional

Instructions

  • In your mixing bowl, add the 8 oz of cream cheese or coconut cream, softened to room temperature.
  • Add the 1/3 cup of your chosen sweetener to the cream cheese or coconut cream.
  • Pour in the 2 teaspoons of pure vanilla extract and sprinkle in the 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon if you're using it. Mix until fully combined and smooth.
  • In a separate bowl, mash the 2 ripe bananas with a fork, leaving some chunks for texture if desired.
  • Gently fold the mashed bananas into the cream cheese mixture using a spatula, being careful not to overmix.
  • Transfer the dip to your serving dish and cover it with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld together. Serve chilled.
