  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14-oz)
  • 1 cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Sugar (for rolling)
  • 36 Hershey Kisses (optional, unwrapped)

Instructions

Baking Instructions:

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to ensure even baking.
  • Step 2: In a mixing bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, peanut butter, Bisquick, and vanilla. Stir until well blended to form a smooth dough.
  • Step 3: Using a cookie scoop or spoon, portion out the dough onto a prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
  • Step 4: Roll each ball of dough in sugar before placing it back on the baking sheet for a sweet crust.
  • Step 5: If using, gently press a Hershey Kiss into the center of each cookie dough ball.
  • Step 6: Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  • Step 7: Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
