Ingredients

For the Chicken:

  • 300 g chicken breast
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika

For the Salad:

  • 100 g valerian or salad mix
  • 1 small cucumber
  • 150 g cherry tomatoes
  • 5 radishes

For the Hummus:

  • 400 g canned chickpeas
  • 1/2 of a lemon juiced
  • 40 ml olive oil
  • 1/2 clove garlic
  • 5 g tahini
  • 3 g cumin Turkish cumin
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Cooking Instructions:

  • Step 1: Prepare the Chicken - Season the chicken breast with Cajun seasoning, sweet paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Step 2: Cook the Chicken - Heat a skillet with olive oil and cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  • Step 3: Prepare the Hummus - Blend chickpeas, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, tahini, cumin, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Step 4: Chop the Vegetables - Prepare the cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and radishes, and toss with the salad mix.
  • Step 5: Assemble Your Plate - Slice the chicken and serve with hummus and fresh salad on the side.
