  • 1 cup corn syrup
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups quick-cooking rolled oats
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips (12 ounces)
  • 1 cup peanut butter chips
  • 1 cup chopped peanuts

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease your baking pan with butter or line it with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine brown sugar, butter, corn syrup, peanut butter, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  • Stir in the rolled oats until fully combined.
  • Fold in chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and chopped peanuts until evenly distributed.
  • Transfer the mixture to your prepared baking pan, pressing it down evenly with a spatula.
  • Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.
