Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 medium cauliflower chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 2/3 cups mozzarella cheese low moisture
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

Cooking Instructions:

  • Step 1: Prepare the Cauliflower - Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Chop cauliflower into florets and pulse in a food processor until it achieves a rice-like texture.
  • Step 2: Cook the Cauliflower Rice - Transfer cauliflower rice into a microwave-safe bowl, cover with a damp paper towel, and microwave on high for about 4-5 minutes until tender. Let it cool.
  • Step 3: Squeeze Out the Moisture - Once cooled, place the cauliflower rice in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out as much moisture as possible.
  • Step 4: Mix the Ingredients - In a mixing bowl, combine cauliflower rice, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, and eggs. Mix until a dough-like consistency forms.
  • Step 5: Shape Your Crust - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Transfer the mixture onto the parchment and shape it into a round pizza crust, about 1/4 inch thick.
  • Step 6: Bake the Crust - Place the crust in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and firm to the touch.
  • Step 7: Add Toppings - Remove the crust from the oven, add your favorite sauce, cheese, and toppings, then return to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes.
  • Step 8: Slice and Serve - Let it cool for a few minutes, slice, and enjoy your Cauliflower Crust Pizza!
