Start by chopping the cauliflower into small pieces. Use a food processor for a quick chop or a cheese grater. Steam for about 5 minutes until tender. Drain and let cool.
In a mixing bowl, combine the steamed cauliflower, mozzarella, almond flour, Parmesan, oregano, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt. Mix until well combined.
Add the beaten egg to the mixture and mix until fully incorporated.
Preheat your grill or oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it. Press the cauliflower mixture into a round shape, about 1/4 inch thick.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and firm, or grill for 10-15 minutes, checking frequently.
Add your favorite toppings and return to the oven or grill for another 5-10 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
