Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk (1 can)
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 10 ounces maraschino cherries drained, quartered or halved, and patted dry
  • 1 cup sweetened flaked coconut
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (e.g., walnuts or pecans)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease your 9x13-inch baking pan with a bit of butter or line it with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, melt the 1 cup of unsalted butter. Add the 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs and stir until evenly coated. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  • Pour the 14 ounces of sweetened condensed milk over the crust, spreading it evenly. Sprinkle the 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips, followed by the 10 ounces of maraschino cherries, then the 1 cup of sweetened flaked coconut and the 1 cup of chopped nuts on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the edges are bubbling.
  • Once baked, allow the pan to cool completely before lifting the bars out and cutting into squares.
