Ingredients

  • 1 medium Frozen Banana for creamy texture
  • 1/4 cup Almond Milk or Canned Lite Coconut Milk for base
  • 1 tablespoon Creamy Peanut Butter natural, no added sugars
  • 1 teaspoon Pure Maple Syrup to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract for flavor enhancement
  • 1 tablespoon Cocoa Powder unsweetened
  • 1/2 to 1 cup Ice Cubes for thickness

Instructions

  • Gather all your ingredients: frozen banana, almond milk or lite coconut milk, creamy peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, and ice cubes.
  • In your blender, add the frozen banana, 1/4 cup of almond or coconut milk, 1 tablespoon of creamy peanut butter, 1 teaspoon of pure maple syrup, 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder. Add 1/2 to 1 cup of ice cubes.
  • Blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides as needed.
  • If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more almond or coconut milk. If it’s too thin, add more ice or a few banana slices.
  • Pour the smoothie into a bowl and add your favorite toppings.
