Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium ripe bananas
  • 1 cup coconut yogurt (or regular yogurt)
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter (or other nut butter)
  • 3 Medjool dates

Instructions

Instructions:

  • Start by gathering all your ingredients. Make sure your bananas are ripe for maximum sweetness, and if you’re using Medjool dates, remove the pits.
  • In your blender, combine the ripe bananas, coconut yogurt, cacao powder, peanut butter, and Medjool dates. Blend on high until everything is smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, you can add a splash of almond milk or water to help it blend more easily.
  • Once blended, taste your smoothie. If you prefer it sweeter, you can add another date or a drizzle of honey. Blend again to combine.
  • Pour your luscious smoothie into a serving bowl. Make sure to leave some space for toppings!
  • Top your smoothie bowl with fresh fruits, granola, nuts, seeds, or a sprinkle of extra cacao powder for that added chocolatey goodness.
