Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro leaves
  • 5 tablespoons dry ranch dressing mix
  • 2 tablespoons tomatillo salsa (such as La Costena Green Salsa)
  • 1/2 cup pickled jalapeño peppers
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

Instructions

  • Gather all of your ingredients and tools for a smoother process.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of sour cream and 1 cup of mayonnaise. Stir until smooth.
  • Add in 5 tablespoons of dry ranch dressing mix, 2 tablespoons of tomatillo salsa, and 2 tablespoons of fresh lime juice. Stir until incorporated.
  • Chop the 1/2 cup of pickled jalapeño peppers and fold them into the mixture. Adjust spice level as desired.
  • Chop the fresh cilantro leaves and add them to the mix for a refreshing flavor.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to meld flavors.
  • Once chilled, give the dip a stir and transfer it to a serving bowl. Enjoy with tortilla chips or fresh veggies!
