Ingredients

  • 4 Large Eggs
  • 1 Teaspoon Cream of Tartar
  • 4 Tablespoons Cream Cheese (softened, about 2 ounces)
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Onion Powder

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  • Carefully separate the egg whites from the yolks into two different bowls.
  • Add the cream of tartar to the bowl with the egg whites. Beat the egg whites on high speed until they form stiff peaks.
  • In the bowl with the egg yolks, add the softened cream cheese, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. Whisk until smooth.
  • Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the egg yolk mixture, being careful not to deflate the mixture.
  • Line your baking sheet with parchment paper and scoop the mixture onto it, forming rounds or ovals.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cloud bread is golden and set.
  • Let the cloud bread cool on a wire rack before serving.
