Ingredients

  • 1 cup brewed Dunkin Donuts Coconut Ground Coffee cooled
  • 2 medium ripe bananas
  • 1 cup coconut milk or the milk of your choice
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1 tbsp honey optional

Instructions

  • Start by brewing your Dunkin Donuts Coconut Ground Coffee. Allow it to cool slightly before using it in your smoothie. The coffee should be strong to ensure it stands out in the final blend.
  • Peel the ripe bananas and measure out the coconut milk, cocoa powder, shredded coconut, almond butter, and honey (if using). Having everything ready will make blending much smoother.
  • In your blender, combine the brewed coffee, bananas, coconut milk, cocoa powder, shredded coconut, almond butter, and honey. Secure the lid tightly.
  • Blend on high speed until all ingredients are fully combined and the mixture is smooth and creamy. If your smoothie is too thick, feel free to add more coconut milk or water to reach your desired consistency.
  • Taste your smoothie and adjust the sweetness if necessary. If you like it sweeter, add a bit more honey and blend again.
  • Pour the Coconut Coffee Smoothie into glasses and enjoy immediately! For an added touch, sprinkle some extra shredded coconut on top or add a few chocolate shavings.

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Serving glasses

Notes

  • Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 24 hours.
  • If too thick, add a splash of coconut milk or water to loosen it up.
  • For a protein boost, add a scoop of your favorite protein powder.
