Ingredients

  • 8 ounces full-fat cream cheese softened
  • 1 tablespoon roasted garlic paste
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt

Instructions

  • Start by seasoning your chicken breasts with garlic salt and coarsely ground black pepper. Make sure to coat both sides evenly for maximum flavor.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, add a splash of oil and allow it to heat. Once hot, place the seasoned chicken breasts in the skillet. Sear them for about 6-7 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, lower the heat and add the softened cream cheese and roasted garlic paste. Stir until the cream cheese is melted and well combined. This will form the base of your creamy sauce.
  • Gradually mix in the shredded mozzarella and finely grated Parmesan cheese. Keep stirring until the cheeses melt and the sauce is smooth and creamy.
  • Return the seared chicken breasts to the skillet, spooning the creamy sauce over the top. Let it simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the chicken to soak up some of that delicious flavor.
