Ingredients

  • 1 pound store-bought pizza dough
  • 1/2 pound white American cheese slices (do not use yellow American cheese)
  • 1/4 to 1/2 pound grilled chicken (sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons thinly sliced white onions
  • 1/3 cup Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Wings Hot Sauce (do not use Frank's Red Hot Original Hot Sauce, as it is too thin)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If you’re using a pizza stone, place it in the oven while it heats up to ensure a crispy crust.
  • On a lightly floured surface, roll out your store-bought pizza dough into a round shape, about 12 inches in diameter. If the dough is resistant, let it rest for a few minutes before rolling.
  • Carefully transfer the rolled-out dough to a pizza stone or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced grilled chicken with the Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Wings Hot Sauce. Make sure the chicken is well coated.
  • Lay the white American cheese slices evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges for a crust.
  • Evenly distribute the Buffalo chicken mixture atop the cheese. Sprinkle the thinly sliced white onions over the top for an extra layer of flavor.
  • Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the crust is golden brown.
  • Once baked, remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Slice into wedges and serve hot. Enjoy your homemade Easy Copycat Dominos Buffalo Chicken Pizza!

Notes

  • Ensure your oven is fully preheated for a crispy crust.
  • Don’t overload the pizza with sauce or toppings to avoid a soggy crust.
  • Allow the pizza to cool slightly before slicing to keep toppings in place.
