Ingredients

For the Salad:

  • 1 batch Caesar dressing for creamy, tangy flavor
  • 1 batch keto croutons for crunchy element
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for grilling chicken
  • 4 pieces skinless chicken breasts (7 oz each)

  • 1 large head Romaine lettuce (680g)
  • 1.8 oz shaved parmesan (50g)

Instructions

Cooking Instructions:

  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  • Prepare keto croutons by cutting low-carb bread into cubes, tossing with olive oil and seasonings, and baking at 350°F for 10-15 minutes until golden.
  • Make the Caesar dressing by combining mayonnaise, lemon juice, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and salt in a bowl. Whisk until creamy.
  • In a salad bowl, combine shredded Romaine, sliced chicken, croutons, and parmesan. Drizzle with dressing and toss gently.
  • Serve immediately, garnished with extra parmesan if desired.
