Ingredients

  • 1 lb skinless salmon fillets Fresh salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon wasabi
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons Furikake Japanese seasoning blend

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, wasabi, and soy sauce. Stir well.
  • Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and spread the mayonnaise mixture over the top.
  • Sprinkle the Furikake evenly over the coated salmon fillets.
  • Bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
