Ingredients

  • 4 cups shredded chicken (rotisserie)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic (pressed or minced)
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon dried basil
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ cup chopped green onion
  • 2 packages crescent rolls
  • 1 tablespoon butter (melted)
  • ¾ cup Italian breadcrumbs

Instructions

Directions:

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) for even baking.
  • Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, milk, Parmesan, garlic, oregano, basil, thyme, and green onions until creamy.
  • Step 3: Open and unroll the crescent rolls, separating the dough into triangles.
  • Step 4: Spoon the chicken filling onto the wide end of each crescent triangle.
  • Step 5: Roll up each crescent triangle tightly and pinch the edges to seal.
  • Step 6: Place the rolled pillows on a greased baking sheet, brush with butter, and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
  • Step 7: Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  • Step 8: Let cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
