Start by cutting the boneless, skinless chicken breasts into small bite-sized pieces.
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the Simply Asia General Tso Stir-Fry Sauce, brown sugar, orange juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, and crushed red pepper.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook for about 5–7 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Once the chicken is cooked, pour the prepared sauce over it in the skillet. Stir well and let it simmer for about 2–3 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded coleslaw mix with the mayonnaise. Toss until evenly coated.
Slice the slider rolls in half. On the bottom half, add a spoonful of General Tsos chicken, followed by a scoop of the crunchy slaw. Top with the other half of the roll.
Arrange the assembled sliders on a platter, and serve them warm.
