Ingredients

  • 1 pouch Simply Asia General Tso Stir-Fry Sauce
  • 2 tbsp packed brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp orange juice
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 3 cups shredded coleslaw mix
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 8 slider sandwich rolls

Instructions

  • Start by cutting the boneless, skinless chicken breasts into small bite-sized pieces.
  • In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the Simply Asia General Tso Stir-Fry Sauce, brown sugar, orange juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, and crushed red pepper.
  • Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook for about 5–7 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Once the chicken is cooked, pour the prepared sauce over it in the skillet. Stir well and let it simmer for about 2–3 minutes.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded coleslaw mix with the mayonnaise. Toss until evenly coated.
  • Slice the slider rolls in half. On the bottom half, add a spoonful of General Tsos chicken, followed by a scoop of the crunchy slaw. Top with the other half of the roll.
  • Arrange the assembled sliders on a platter, and serve them warm.
