Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 units eggs
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, sugar, and brown sugar. Cream together until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, salt, and baking soda. Gradually add to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  • Gently fold in the semisweet chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and chopped walnuts.
  • Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Scoop the dough onto the prepared baking sheet and spread into a large circle, about 12 inches in diameter.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set but still slightly soft.
  • Cool on the baking sheet for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Slice and enjoy!
