Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, sugar, and brown sugar. Cream together until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, salt, and baking soda. Gradually add to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Gently fold in the semisweet chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and chopped walnuts.
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Scoop the dough onto the prepared baking sheet and spread into a large circle, about 12 inches in diameter.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set but still slightly soft.
Cool on the baking sheet for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Slice and enjoy!
