Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats gluten-free if needed
  • 3 large bananas mashed
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter creamy or crunchy
  • 1/4-1/2 cup candy buttons adjust quantity to preference

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, mash the three large bananas until smooth.
  • Add the 1/2 cup of peanut butter to the mashed bananas and stir until well combined.
  • Add the 2 cups of rolled oats to the banana and peanut butter mixture and mix until evenly coated.
  • Gently fold in the 1/4-1/2 cup of candy buttons.
  • Scoop spoonfuls of the cookie dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  • Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
