Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 large egg at room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup dark or semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine the quick-cooking oats, baking powder, baking soda, kosher salt, and ground cinnamon. Whisk until well blended.
