  • Step 2: Prepare the Meatball Mixture - In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped green onions, egg, and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  • Step 3: Form the Meatballs - Using your hands, form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
