Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the honey, butter, whole grain mustard, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and lemon juice. Whisk until well blended and smooth. If you like a hint of spice, add the chili powder or cayenne pepper.
Lay a large piece of aluminum foil on a baking sheet. Place the salmon skin-side down in the center of the foil. Season with salt and cracked pepper.
Pour the honey mustard glaze over the salmon, making sure to coat it evenly.
Fold the sides of the foil over the salmon, creating a sealed packet.
Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Once cooked, carefully open the foil packet and transfer the salmon to a serving platter. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
