Step 1: Prepare Your Instant Pot - Add 1 cup of water to the bottom of your Instant Pot.
Step 2: Arrange the Eggs - Place the egg rack or trivet inside the pot and arrange your eggs on the rack.
Step 3: Seal and Set the Pot - Close the lid and set the valve to sealing. Select 'Pressure Cook' and adjust the timer to 3-6 minutes.
Step 4: Quick Release - Once the timer goes off, perform a quick release by turning the valve to venting.
Step 5: Ice Bath - Transfer the eggs into the ice bath to stop the cooking process.
Step 6: Peel and Serve - Gently tap each egg to peel, and serve atop toasted gluten-free bread with avocado, seasoning with salt and pepper.
