Ingredients

  • 4 pieces free-range eggs
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup psyllium husk
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil melted
  • 1/2 cup warm water

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease your loaf pan with coconut oil or line it with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, psyllium husk, baking powder, and salt. Whisk until evenly mixed.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs until frothy.
