  • 8 keto tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon oil olive or avocado oil
  • 1 lb lean ground beef for a healthier dish
  • 2 tablespoons keto taco seasoning for classic taco flavors
  • 1 tablespoon water to moisten the meat
  • 1 small tomato chopped
  • 1/4 cup iceberg lettuce shredded
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese grated
