Ingredients

  • 5 large navel oranges peeled, sectioned, and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 6 ounces pineapple tidbits preferably with juice
  • 1 cup flaked coconut
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  • Start by peeling the navel oranges. Cut them into sections and then chop them into 1-inch pieces.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the orange pieces, pineapple tidbits (with their juice), flaked coconut, and powdered sugar.
  • Using a spatula, gently fold the ingredients together. Be careful not to break the orange segments too much.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and place it in the refrigerator. Allow the salad to chill for at least 30 minutes.
