Maple Balsamic Dressing (Oil-Free!)

This Maple Balsamic Dressing is SO EASY! A perfect balance of tangy balsamic and sweet maple syrup, it's completely oil-free!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. Pure Maple Syrup
  • 2 Tbsp. Water
  • 2 tsp. Chia Seeds
  • 1 tsp. Dijon Mustard
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp. White Miso
  • 1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp. Fresh Rosemary optional

Instructions

  • Gather all your ingredients.
  • In your blender or mixing bowl, add the balsamic vinegar, pure maple syrup, water, chia seeds, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, white miso, and Italian seasoning. If using fresh rosemary, add that too.
  • Blend on high until all the ingredients are well combined and the chia seeds are evenly distributed.
  • Taste your dressing and adjust the flavors as needed, adding more maple syrup or vinegar if desired.
  • Transfer the dressing to a glass jar or container and store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
