Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken wings, melted butter, kosher salt, and ground black pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
In another bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, Dijon mustard, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce (or coconut aminos), minced garlic, Sriracha sauce, ground cumin, and red pepper flakes.
Pour the maple glaze over the wings and toss until well coated. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the wings in a single layer. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Transfer the wings to a serving platter. Drizzle with any remaining glaze and serve with dipping sauces.
