Instructions:

  • In a mixing bowl, add 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt, 1 cup of your choice of milk, 1 tablespoon of pure maple syrup, and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
  • Using a whisk or spoon, mix the ingredients thoroughly until they are well combined and smooth.
  • Sprinkle in 1 teaspoon of matcha powder and the 2 tablespoons of chia seeds. Stir well to ensure even incorporation.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer the mixture into individual serving glasses. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
  • Once set, stir the pudding and dust with additional matcha powder before serving. Add toppings like fresh fruits or granola if desired.
