Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) for even cooking.
  • Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken or turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, sun-dried tomatoes, feta, parmesan, garlic, green onions, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  • Step 3: Mix well, but avoid overmixing to keep meatballs tender.
  • Step 4: Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter, and place on a baking sheet.
  • Step 5: Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
