Ingredients

For the Monkey Bread:

  • 2 cans refrigerated Pillsbury buttermilk biscuits
  • 6 tablespoons butter melted
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley leaves finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese or Cheddar Cheese, or both, plus some extras for topping

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Step 2: Open the cans of refrigerated Pillsbury buttermilk biscuits and cut each biscuit into quarters.
  • Step 3: In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, and finely chopped parsley.
  • Step 4: Take the quartered biscuit pieces and dip them into the butter mixture.
  • Step 5: Layer the coated biscuit pieces in the greased Bundt pan, sprinkling grated cheese in between layers.
  • Step 6: Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  • Step 7: Let cool for about 10 minutes, then invert onto a serving plate and serve warm.
