Ingredients

  • 1 large egg Acts as a binder for the turkey and breadcrumbs.
  • 1 pound ground turkey The star of the show, providing a lean and flavorful base.
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs Adds texture and keeps the sliders light.
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder Infuses the patties with savory depth.
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika Offers a hint of smokiness and color.
  • 2 teaspoons parsley Freshens up the flavor and adds a touch of green.
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt Enhances all the flavors in the patties.
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper Adds a mild kick to the sliders.

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, panko breadcrumbs, onion powder, paprika, parsley, salt, and pepper. Crack the large egg into the bowl and mix everything together until well combined. It’s best to use your hands for this to ensure all ingredients are evenly distributed without overworking the meat.
  • Once your mixture is ready, divide it into equal portions. Aim for about 12 small patties, each roughly the size of a golf ball. Shape them gently, making sure they are uniform in size.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet or grill pan over medium heat. You can lightly grease the pan with a little oil to prevent sticking.
  • Place the patties in the preheated skillet, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on one side until they are golden brown. Flip them carefully using a spatula.
  • After flipping, place a slice of cheese on top of each patty. Cover the skillet with a lid to help the cheese melt beautifully. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the turkey is cooked through and the cheese is melted.
  • While the sliders are cooking, prepare your slider buns. Lightly toast them if you prefer a bit of crunch. Once the patties are ready, place each turkey burger on a bun and add your favorite toppings.
  • Your Mini Turkey Burger Sliders With Cheese are now ready to serve! Arrange them on a platter and enjoy your delicious creation!
