Ingredients

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips heaping
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14 ounces
  • ½ teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 5 drops green food coloring optional
  • sanding sugar or sprinkles optional for decoration

Instructions

Method:

  • Step 1: Prepare Your Pan - Line your 9x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper, allowing some overhang for easy removal.
  • Step 2: Make the Oreo Crust - Crush the 30 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs. Mix with melted butter and press into the pan.
  • Step 3: Melt the White Chocolate - Combine white chocolate chips and half of the sweetened condensed milk in a microwave-safe bowl. Melt in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  • Step 4: Add Mint Flavor - Stir in peppermint extract and green food coloring. Adjust mint flavor to taste.
  • Step 5: Pour the White Chocolate Mixture - Pour over the Oreo crust and spread evenly.
  • Step 6: Prepare the Chocolate Layer - In another bowl, combine semi-sweet chocolate chips and remaining sweetened condensed milk. Melt until smooth.
  • Step 7: Top with Chocolate Fudge - Pour the chocolate fudge over the white chocolate layer and spread evenly. Swirl for a marbled effect if desired.
  • Step 8: Chill the Bars - Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until set. Freeze for faster setting if needed.
