Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1 cup mini M&Ms
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter and honey. Stir until the mixture is well blended and smooth.
  • Add the old-fashioned oats, vanilla protein powder, and fine sea salt. Mix until fully incorporated.
  • Gently fold in the mini M&Ms and mini chocolate chips.
  • Scoop out small portions and roll them into bite-sized balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  • Place the energy balls on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
  • After chilling, your Monster Energy Balls are ready to enjoy!
