Ingredients

Cookie Crust

  • 1 cup chocolate sandwich cookies crushed into fine crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted

Filling

  • 1 cup heavy cream whipped to soft peaks
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened to room temperature
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Topping and Garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Cookie Crust

  • Crush 1 cup of chocolate sandwich cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or plastic bag and rolling pin. Mix in 2 tablespoons melted unsalted butter until crumbs hold together when pressed. Divide evenly among jars and press firmly to form the crust.

Whip the Heavy Cream

  • In a clean mixing bowl, whip 1 cup of heavy cream until soft peaks form. Set aside.

Make the Cream Cheese Filling

  • Beat 1 cup softened cream cheese, 1/2 cup powdered sugar, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Gently fold in the whipped cream and 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips until fully incorporated.

Assemble the Pie Jars

  • Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the cookie crust in each jar, smoothing the tops with a spatula. Add a dollop of whipped topping on each jar and garnish with additional chocolate sandwich cookie pieces.

Chill and Serve

  • Refrigerate the assembled jars for at least 2 hours until set. Serve chilled for a refreshing dessert.
