In your mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, powdered sugar, brown sugar, crushed graham crackers, and 1 cup of creamy peanut butter. Mix until the ingredients are well combined and form a crumbly dough.
Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x9 inch baking pan. Using a spatula, press the mixture down evenly to create a solid base. Make sure it’s compact; this will help the bars hold their shape once set.
In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the semi-sweet chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth and completely melted.
Pour the melted chocolate over the pressed graham cracker base, spreading it evenly with your spatula.
In a small bowl, mix the additional 1/4 cup of creamy peanut butter with the 2 tablespoons of peanut butter until smooth. Drizzle this mixture over the melted chocolate layer for a beautiful finish.
Place the baking pan in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or until the bars are fully set. Once set, remove from the fridge and cut into squares or bars.
