Ingredients

  • 18 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1.5 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter (not all-natural)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter chips
  • 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
  • Graham crackers, cinnamon graham crackers, or vanilla wafers
  • Cookies (PB chocolate chip, chocolate sandwich cookies)
  • Pretzels
  • Apple slices

Instructions

  • Gather all your ingredients and let the cream cheese soften at room temperature for easier mixing.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon (if using). Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and butterscotch chips using a spatula.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Once chilled, shape the mixture into a large ball or a log.
  • Wrap the shaped Peanut Butter Ball in plastic wrap and refrigerate for an additional hour.
  • Transfer to a serving platter and serve with your choice of dippers.
